insurance affordable & agency & overage & policy & rate

I hit a car in the rear, and the driver has refused the insurance settlement my insurance carrier offered him, they said he intends on suing – if he is successful in his suit can he take my secondary vehicles, land i own, and other assets ??? Im getting varied advice, and want to know what going on . . thanks ! i live in the state of florida, and thats where the accident happenned also…
